What a debris chute setup involves
A construction debris chute is a run of interlocking sections hung from the scaffold or a floor opening, running down to an enclosed bin. Crews load through hoppers on the working floors and the material free-falls to the container. It keeps demo debris out of elevators and stairwells, keeps dust contained, and on occupied sites it keeps the mess away from residents and passers-by.

Can the chute go up without a full scaffold?
Sometimes. It needs something engineered to hang from, whether that is scaffold or the structure itself. That gets settled at the site assessment.
Who swaps the bins?
Usually your disposal contractor. We set the landing so the swap is quick and does not need the chute taken apart.
Does it handle heavy demo material?
Within the chute's rating. Tell us what is coming down — concrete, tile, framing — and we will size the setup for it.
