A&K Scaffolding SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages you receive from A AND K SCAFFOLDING LTD. ("A&K Scaffolding", "we", "us"), a British Columbia company, incorporation number BC1369056. We send them from our business line 778 375 5349.

1. How you agree to receive texts

You agree to receive text messages from us when you do one of the following:

• Tick the optional SMS box on our estimate form at akscaffolding.ca/estimate. The box is not ticked by default.
• Call or text our business line 778 375 5349 first.

You do not have to agree to texts to request an estimate or to hire us.

2. What we send

• One text when we miss your call, to say we will call you back.
• Replies to questions you sent us by phone, text, email or the website.
• Updates on your estimate and on your scaffold install or dismantle dates.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your project. Most customers get 1 to 5 messages for each enquiry or job.

4. Cost

We do not charge for our texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

5. How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any message. We send one message to confirm and then no more texts unless you reply START. You can also email info@akscaffolding.ca with the number you want removed.

7. Your phone number and privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We send texts through RingCentral, our phone provider. The rest is in our privacy policy.

8. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
